Market Gates Shopping Centre is open 7 days a week - Monday to Saturday 9am - 5.30pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am til 4pm. Retailers opening hours may vary, please check our store directory for further information.

Customer Facilities

Toilets can be found down the corridor situated opposite PrimeYarc entrance. There are also disabled toilets available for use along with baby changing and feeding facilities. 

Free Wi-Fi 

Market Gates hosts free Wi-Fi around the centre via The Cloud. This service is completely free, fast and reliable. All you have to do is connect to 'The Cloud' on your device's connectivity section and then open up your browser, fill in the details and then you can surf the internet. 

Accessibility

Market Gates is easily accessible to everyone, the shopping centre is all on one level with various entrances. We have several disabled and parent and child spaces in the car park with lifts that bring you straight into the shopping centre. 

First Aid

All of our Security team are trained in First aid. If you experience problems during your shopping trip or feel you need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask a member of centre staff. 

Lost children

We know how distressing it can be if you think you have lost your child whilst out shopping. If you feel you need assistance, please ask a member of centre staff or at any retailer and we will advise and assist as needed.
